Jamie-Lee started her professional career at the energetic age of 7 years old. Including her time on stage for school theatre and singing alongside her mother, Cathy Lee, Jamie-Lee today has enjoyed working in the entertainment industry now for 3 decades, on and off stage.
She discovered songwriting early on, she remembers going through her mothers original poetry and exploring through the songbooks of Elvis Presley, in fact Jamie-Lee was too young to even know who Elvis was, but after learning how to read music from her classical piano training, she deciphered the crooner's famous "Are you Lonesome tonight?" and loved how the lyrics made her heart feel. Certainly a testament to the writing, and so she spent many lost hours expressing her own thoughts on paper accompanied by the guitar or piano.
As a child she was in her mother's shadow, touring and recording in Papua New Guinea and the pacific.
Jamie-Lee recorded and released her first solo album at the age of 17, and has has since been featured on a number of collaborative songs and albums.

She has now added a new leg to her creative path, starting a mentorship program, called 'Loud Creative.'
Jamie-Lee wants to be a part of molding and guiding the next generation of storytellers and heart movers. Encouraging people young and old, to keep creating and collaborating, speaking to the world through music and the Arts.

She loves every aspect of creating. Vision casting, writing, production, management, performance preparation and of course singing, and most recently, working with the broader performing arts community for large scale productions.
This seems to be where the winds are facing towards for now, working on the business end and setting up school programs, taking on singing opportunities where she can, and hopefully another album and a personal tour for her in the near future.
